LED (Light Emitting Diode) is the wave of the future and the way we will be lighting our homes, our businesses and our cities. The incandescent bulb is at the end of its life cycle. In Europe the incandescent bulb will be completely phased out by the year 2012. In the US, currently proposed legislation promotes the adoption of LED. Spenser Energy is at the forefront of this exciting change, and we will help you move forward with this latest technology in illumination.

By converting to LED you will save up to 90% of the energy you would use with conventional bulbs. LEDs produce more light per watt than do incandescent bulbs. LED lighting is now available in warm white as well as pure white. When used in applications where dimming is required, LEDs do not change their color tint as the current passing through them is lowered.

In landscaping applications, our LEDs can be used in your current fixtures. The LEDs utilize solid state components, making them very durable and more impervious to damage from external shock. In addition they are waterproof. If your current fixtures need updating we can provide new LED fixtures to meet your needs. LEDs are estimated to last over 50,000 hours compared to regular incandescent bulbs that last only 1000-2000 hours. Therefore, LEDs are not only cost efficient but also need little or no maintenance. Not only will you save on energy costs but you will also save on replacement expenses.

Spenser Energy is working together with cutting edge technology companies to provide you with the latest in LED products to help you light your home or business in a beautiful and cost efficient manner.
